In FP1 top 3 was Verstappen, Sainz and Alonso.
In FP2 top 3 was Leclerc, Verstappen and Sainz.
In FP3 top 3 was an unusual trio to see at the top: Gasly, Alonso and Vettel.
Tsunoda will start last with Leclerc ahead of him. They both replaced their engines.
Q1
-Everyone is out with wet tyres.
-There is a lot of water on the track.
-Lewis has told his engineers that he can’t see a lot ahead of him.📻
A few drivers have gone off track, they lose control due to the heavy water.🌧

-Pierre Gasly will be investigated for failing to follow the race director’s instructions cutting the chicane in turn 8.

Unfortunately, both Canadians are eliminated in Q1 in their home GP.
Q2
🟩and they are out on track on inters and wets.
🟨Yellow flag in sector 2. Alex Albon in the wall but he managed to get back on track.
🟨Yellow flag in sector 1. Perez in the wall as well.

The top 3 are VER, ALO, SAI with 5 minutes to go. MAG goes second and kicks Sainz out of top 3. Verstappen tops again, Sainz back in second and Russell in 3rd.
3 minutes to go…Norris is in out lap. He attempted to do a fast lap but didn’t finish and went straight into the pits. He is now 14th. Perez 13th.
Leclerc didn’t run in q2.
