Midnight Blog-Bake with AB-SOUFFLE

Chocolate Soufflé

*Soufflé De Ciocolata

Recipe for 3-5 serves (ceramic soufflé dish)

(or you can do  cupcakes)

*Reteta pentru 3-5 serviri (in forme de ceramica speciale)

(sau puteti face briose)

Time: 45 minutes (20-25 min in the oven)

P.S. Check it from time to time to make sure they are not to soft

*Timp: 45 minute (20-25 min in cuptor)

INGREDIENTS

-1/3 cup sugar (or how much you like…more or less)
-5 oz bittersweet chocolate
-3 large egg yolks at room temperature
-6 large egg whites
-If you want* whipped cream

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

  •  ceramic soufflé dish or cupcakes tray

*INGREDIENTE

-1/3 cana de zahar
-140g ciocolata (neagra sau semi)
-3 galbenusuri de oua la temperatura camerei
-6 albusuri de oua
-daca doriti folositi si frisca

*ECHIPAMENT SPECIAL

  • forme ceramic de soufflé sau tava de briose

Preparation

Melt the chocolate on a stove or over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stirring occasionally until smooth. Add the yolks and mix.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a large bowl, with an electric mixer until they just hold soft peaks. Add the sugar, a little at a time, and mix it until the whites are stiff peaks then add the chocolate (and yolks mix) after mixing it you should get a smooth mixture.
Put the mix in the soufflé dish and make sure you put a thumb below the edge because the soufflé will rise evenly. Put in the oven at 180-190 degrees and let it until you get a crust on the edges and a jiggly center. Serve it with whipped cream and sprinkles for a better taste and look. If you’re doing this recipe in the summer you can use ice-cream.
Make sure you eat it warm if you don’t eat it immediately you can put in the fridge and heat it for a fresh taste!!

*Preparare

-Topiți ciocolata pe aragaz sau peste o cratiță cu apă care abia fierbe. Amestecând din când în când până la omogenizare. Adăugați gălbenușurile și amestecați.
-Bateți albușurile cu un vârf de sare într-un castron mare, cu un mixer electric până când se obtin doar vârfuri rigide. Adăugați zahărul, câte puțin, și amestecați-l până când albusurile au varfuri rigide, apoi adăugați ciocolata ( gălbenușuriile) după ce îl amestecați, ar trebui să obțineți un amestec neted.
-Puneți amestecul în vasul de sufle și asigurați-vă că ați pus un deget mare sub margine, deoarece sufleul va crește uniform. Puneți în cuptor la 180-190 de grade și lăsați-l până când obțineți o crustă pe margini și un centru mai moale. Serviți-l cu friscă și bombonele pentru un gust și un aspect mai bun. Dacă faceți această rețetă vara, puteți folosi înghețată.
-Asigurați-vă că îl mâncați cald dacă nu îl mâncați imediat puteți pastra la frigider și încălziți-l pentru un gust proaspăt la urmatoarea servire.

-Dacă aveți experiență în prajituri, nu respectați rețeta, asigurați-vă că vă urmăriți instinctul și inima făcând desertul perfect pentru o cină de familie sau romantică.
-Dacă ți-a rămas  amestec, folosește forme de briose pentru a obține mici soufflée.
